Supplies Outside Sales Representative
Gensco currently has an exciting opportunity for a Supplies Outside Sales Representative to cover our Eastern Montana territory. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter to service established accounts and expand sales further.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service to established accounts, sourcing and selling new accounts, and ensuring superior customer service. Extensive equipment and programs training will be provided.

Education/Experience/Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A 2 or 4 year college degree preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of HVAC products
  • Comprehends Gensco's Inside Sales, Warehouse and Delivery Functions
  • Proactive, self-motivated and willingly seeks opportunities to benefit Gensco
  • Thinks creatively and identifies sales opportunities
  • Positive approach toward challenging situations
  • Strong decision making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong people management and time management skills
  • Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer and office machines
  • Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone
  • Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)
  • Able to travel to multiple facilities as required and overnight(s) if necessary
