Payroll & Benefits

Prioritize customer service while processing payroll, onboarding new Team Members, supporting Team Member benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) accounts. Responsible for accurate personnel records and provide administrative support to the HR Team.

Recruiting

Prioritize customer service while supporting Hiring Managers through the recruiting process. Recruiting posts job openings internally and externally, screens applications, conducts phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews. Assist with the internship program and build community relationships to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates, along with managing job descriptions.

Risk Management

Oversee Gensco and Slakey Brothers’ risk management and commercial insurance programs, conduct assessments to identify and mitigate risks while collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices. Manage workers' compensation, third-party liability claims, and insurance processes, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and proactive measures to reduce future claims and losses.

Human Resources Generalist

Perform a variety of HR services with emphasis on Team Member relations, general guidance and support to Managers regarding company programs and policies, succession planning, and other general HR administration activities.
